Curious about the project status?

Hey, first I think this an interesting idea. I tried beads early on then Yegge broke the world moving to Dolt and so I decided not to spend more time on beads and to use something lighter weight.

Things seems pretty quite here despite a decent number of PRs and Issues stacking up. I notice the last commit was over a month ago, curious about the potential future of the project?

I've started using it but have had to write a lot of plugins for my needs and I'm wondering if a fork is perhaps the right approach depending on the status. I haven't wanted to commit time to PRs given the already sizable backlog.
