Production: Set up NGINX server and switch out django proxy view with NGINX proxy or reverse proxy

When we deploy the project, we need to set up the URLs accordingly. We will probably opt for an NGINX server here, since this will stabilize our data flow. For this, we need to set up NGINX.

This Issue is no longer needed, except for when @Hamzaukw sees a need to set up a different proxy to the one in lx-annotate/urls for managing access to frontend urls via keycloak
