Can't create a nutrition plan based on macros in the web UI #1762

Steps to Reproduce

Install the latest server docker image. In my case, this is sha256:cc76a2b594e0cb1fde4c08910d628b91fd4d830bc61b132d3354c9dbfeb4df39.

Go to the nutritional plans page.
Click the red button to create a plan.
Try to select "Set basic macros" or "Set advanced macros" in the goal setting menu.
Note that the menu stays on "Based on my meals".

Expected results:

I expected to be able to create a nutritional plan based on macros. This does work in the Android app, but not the normal web interface.

Actual results:

Creating the nutritional plan just creates a plan with no goals.
