Add support for multiple types of mesh instances #5

Currently there is only one type of mesh instance available to cores, but multiple ones should be made available instead. (for example, the MM2 core currently uses a flag to distinguish between INST meshes and props, but they should be separate types. Multiple types can be useful also for other things, such as checkpoints for races)
