Describe the Bug

When saving an Astro file, <textarea> is treated like a block level element which then adds whitespace into the value. Textarea content should be treated the same as <pre> and not auto-broken up into newlines.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. npm init astro using template
  2. add a <textarea> field with a value and save it
  3. ...
  4. ...
  5. see line breaks after formatting
