Addition of openff_no_water-3.0.0-alpha0.offxml and openff_no_water_unconstrained-3.0.0-alpha0.offxml in addition to adding the option to select in the GUI which one you want to use + highlight that 3.0.0 will have AshGC/NAGL charges
