Loading spinner on Stripe page takes too long (>5 seconds) #19

On the Stripe integration page, the loading spinner (circular loading indicator) shows for an unusually long time:

Loading time consistently exceeds 5 seconds
No indication of progress or what's happening

During the wait, I thought the page was stuck or broken.
