Store location form feels redundant in both tax and shipping during setup

There are several issues with the store location and shipping setup flow:

The location entry might be reduced in tax and shipping.

• Users are asked to enter the store location again even if already provided in tax settings
• Creates unnecessary duplicate data entry
• Could pre-fill the form with existing store address data

Others:

• The page title says "Select your shipping options," but no shipping options are shown
• After clicking continue, a snackbar appears saying shipping is set. However, we've only set store location, not actual shipping options.

Suggestions:

• Maybe we can improve snackbar message.
• We can provide clearer indication of what comes next in the shipping setup process.
