When deleting a saved package in the purchase shipping label flow, we should display an error and update the UI if the request fails. The UI should be updated optimistically, and the operation should run in the background. If the operation fails, we should display a Toast message indicating that the operation did not succeed and update the UI to reflect the actual state.
