Describe the Bug

A customer has been getting an error message when renewing a subscription. I was not able to reproduce the error on my setup. So this issue is more of a place to document the error.

To Reproduce

  • Create a subscription product with a free trial
  • Buy the subscription product using Pay Fast
  • Renewal the subscription via wp-admin or wait the free trial to expire
  • The renewal should fail with the message The subscription with ID is not in a valid state.
