Get water out of the BC refinery

The quest book suggests I build the BC refinery to create Minecraft water from Fresh Water. I've gotten that to work, but I can't figure out how to get the water out of the refinery. The quest reward was a Minecraft bucket, but right clicking the refinery with that doesn't seem to do anything. Is this a bug? Or is there some other way to get the water?
