• Major: Allow TPO dialog to change TPO limits and add new ones
• Major: Save the resident created TPO as a rough draft that would then load for the reviewing MD
• Minor: 2 diagnosis sections, one for ICD10 and another for staging according to MD preference for staging the site, eg. TNM
