Asgardio configuration document should include 'why' details

It is better to describe how the concepts fits into APK and then provide instructions on how to configure them.

In the step 5 (Step 5 - Update the Helm Chart). we are referring to APK_HOME which was not introduced earlier in the docs, but assumes the user already configured it. Better to add more details here.
