Description:

We were able to observe that Applications aren't getting listed in the admin portal. The behavior can only be observed when the databases type is set to Oracle database. 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create two Oracle schemas for AM and SH databases.
  2. Change the AM and SH databases configurations in the deployment.toml file accordingly.
  3. Start the APIM server.
  4. Create two or three applications.
  5. Log in to the admin portal.
  6. Try to list the Applications.
