Enable Configurable Access Mask for File System Handler Creation in SMB2 Volume Access

Current Limitation

In the current implementation, configuring the access mask when creating a file handler to access the SMB2 volume is not possible. In some cases, a specific access mask is required instead of using MAXIMUM_ALLOWED.

Suggested Improvement

Provide a mechanism to configure the access mask for each file operation.
