generate listener count reports #134

we store data on listener counts from icecast. It should be possible to generate reports from this data.

Types of questions we may want to answer:

Average listeners by DJ (probably over monthly or show count ranges)
Average listeners by timeslot
average daily listeners
listeners per DJSet
listeners for certain new music tracks

It'd be cooler if we came up with some way to feed this into e.g. grafana to graph it, but I'm not sure what questions we'd ask/answer with graphs.
