build partial dependency tree with roles/ROLE/meta/main.yml

Some roles have pretty obivous deps, e.g. ubuntu-workstation depends on ubuntu-common, which depends on common.

Some are less obvious, e.g. automation and aircheck and other actual host roles should depend on freeipa-client, osquery, log-forwarder, and common roles...

This allows us to assign a small number of roles to any given host, which actually represent roles (at the cost of obfuscation due to dependencies)
