Untangle game got blinking dots when moving nodes

I can't reproduce this error. I have a few questions which might help me narrow this down:

1. Does this happen every time you play Untangle?
2. Does this occur on other puzzles?
3. What are your system specs?

I tested just now and it didn't happed again. However, I believe that it happened a few days ago. Anyway, I think the problem is kinda solved.
