【BUG】合成的视频不能进行二次剪辑，无法导入 #10

描述
在对导出的视频进行二次剪辑导入的时候，视频无法加载出来，是因为浏览器现在还不支持相关的编码格式吗？

异常信息
NotSupportedError: Unknown or ambiguous codec name

复现路径
最小复现路径为：

首先点击视频页面，选择视频，然后点击导出视频，合成新视频
然后再次进入视频页面，选择之前导出的视频进行上传
然后等待加载完成
出现报错

预期
预期的情况应该是视频加载成功并且可以播放，但是出现报错，而且视频并没有生成缩略图，也不能播放

系统信息:

OS: WINDOWS 11
Browser： EDGE
Browser Version： 128.0.2739.63 (正式版本) (64 位)
