Additional verification for Appium/maven

If would be nice if we fail/warn the user that they forgot to run mvn -P prepare-for-upload -DskipTests verify after they made changes in the pom.xml file.

I think we should look for a pom file in the same folder as the workspace are located. If the pom exists the we should compare it with the one in the workspace and warn/fail if they differ.
