Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
GPR requires a little bit of setup to access the SDK. npm will allow for better discoverability and config-free installation. It will also enable use of CDNs such as unpkg and jsDelivr

Describe the solution you'd like
Publish to both channels in actions.

Not doing this.
