i2s slave synch errors should have a callback to allow the user to decide on the action

@ed-xmos would you mind awfully expanding on this somewhat? Looking at i2s_slave_impl.h currently, on a sync error (where LR clock isn't as expected at the end of a reciept) we appear to stop recieving until the next LR clock falling edge, then continue recieving as before.
Is the suggestion then to raise a callback through i2s_callback_if to determine behaviour in this case? What options should we present to the user to return from this callback?

I doubt that we will enhance lib_i2s to provide the callback behaviour described. However, we may choose to do so for the I2S implementation in the XCore SDK. I will leave this issue open for now until that decision is made.

@mbanth I've transferred this issue over to fwk_io and have moved it to the SDK team board - felt like the most elegant way of making the above happen!
