Updated edit/put commands to support the specification of a commit message.

The Pressgang REST API now supports the following query string parameters to record a log entry for each change to a topic:

• message
• userid
• flag

The put and edit scripts need to be updated to allow specification of these values. We should automatically determine the userid and possibly the flag as well.
