请教一个问题： 服务端的stream需要手动关闭吗 #103

客户端open一个stream和服务端进行通信，通信完成后主动close这个stream，那么服务端是否也需要主动关闭该stream，还是说，客户端关闭stream后会通知到服务端， 然后服务端自动释放这个stresm的资源？

任何一端关闭等于stream关闭，没有half open.
