RFE: when deploying baremetal, use resource profile to test minimum requirement

Normally, the xtoph_deploy resource profile is used to specify and create resources in ovirt/libvirt.  Consider using the profile definition as a test for baremetal deployments.  IE: post deployment, if baremetal resources are tested below resource specifications, the playbooks could 'fail' or at minimum throw a warning.
