Running Managment infra under docker

This would help with development where the user's laptop is a Mac. The idea would be to mount the Cloudstack code as a volume inside the container and will still be able to use IDE etc for debugging.

Thanks @syed I'll add that soon. Unfortunately I use Linux and not mac, but I can try to add some general guidelines.
