Unable to authenticate

I registered an application on unsplash.com, and it associates with following information
Application ID
Access Key
Secret key
Redirect URI

I tried to match the above information to the arguments as follows
client_id = "Application ID"
client_secret = "Secret key"
redirect_uri = "Redirect URI"
code = ""

auth = Auth(client_id, client_secret, redirect_uri, code=code)
api = Api(auth)

However, I am getting Error message (1) if I use Access Key as "code", and getting Error message (2) if leaving "code" as none.

Unsplash Authentication Error: (invalid_client) Client authentication failed due to unknown client, no client authentication included, or unsupported authentication method.

Error Message (2)
OAuth error: The access token is invalid
