Org-Crypt compatibility

Haven't investigated this very far. I have a number of Org files that I setup org-publish to publish in a number of different formats (good way of checking compatibility). I recently started using org-crypt in one file. Asciidoc is the only export format that failed on that file. All other files seem to have published without a problem. Is this a problem with org-asciidoc or asciidoc itself?
