CTAS from view causes nodes failures in case it contains syntax error

1. create a view from CS table
2. try to use CTAS but use wrong column in PK (which doesn't exist in the view)
3. node is crashed, user gets 'Schemeshard not available'

The problem is verify at olap operations at SchemeShard
