updater.sh don't work

chmod +x updater.sh
changed:

YDNS_USER="API Credentials Usernamne"
YDNS_PASSWD="API Credentials secret key"
YDNS_HOST="rouille.ydns.eu"

ctrl +x and save

./updater.sh return nothing.
latest update is 3 day 22hours...

for user and password, ive try the username and password from website but same...

It still doesn't work. It gives this output.

To be sure, the IP printed out is different from the one in the record.

Other things I've tried; all to no avail:

• Use username and password instead of API credentials.
• Use the v1 API directly using curl instead of the script.
• Use the URL from the admin dashboard that has the form of https://ydns.io/hosts/update/<generated_token>. This one does seem to work and returns with a message of update ok.

If it matters, I've tried this on both FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE and Ubuntu LTS 24.04.

Update:

I've tried it again today with no change and it seems to work. I didn't do anything different other than wait for a whole day to pass. I guess it must've been a temporary DNS failure. 🤷‍♂️
