Although this issue has no description and is from a deleted account (😂) I think I get what it's saying. It's around adding an option for making the new generator project in TypeScript (.ts) files rather than JavaScript (.js), right?

If so: 👍 from me on accepting this. TypeScript is pretty darn popular these days.

Maybe focus on Node's built-in support https://nodejs.org/api/typescript.html#modules-typescript.
