Can't reproduce the result.

According to the provided train log, the IOU can reach 0.13 at the first epoch and improve fast. But when I trained this network, the epoch started from 0.08. My final result was also lower than provided result. What might be the problem?

其他的就缺什么就安装什么，然后直接运行train.py 即可
