[Question] Is this project modified version of ollama web gui or entirely new coded replica?

Hello, I would like to inquire about the development process of the 'nextjs-vllm-ui' project. It seems to closely resemble Ollama's web interface. Did the developer create their own interface from scratch, or did they modify Ollama's web interface without providing any references? Could you provide some more information on this?
