Antlrworks2 can't run grammars that rely on antlr-denter

I think what's required for antlrworks2 to add antlr-denter to its classpath, or at least the classpath for its test runs. Will need to look into its options a bit.

Just as a quick note, I opened up an issue on the antlrworks project for this: tunnelvisionlabs/antlrworks2#30. I believe it needs to be addressed on their side — there's nothing we can do as the users of antlrworks2.

Still no reply from them, but I can verify that the IDEA plugin (antlr/intellij-plugin-v4) works quite well.
