[BUG] Unhook in a ladder + Silent Gear and Paraglider incompatibilities

While using the hook I noticed some odd behaviors that may be connected. First, with vanilla ladders, when you unhook while clibing a ladder, it makes you fall straight down and you can't go up (sometimes it even deals fall damage). Then if you swing with a grappling hook, release it mid air and try to use a paraglider, it doesn't work and you fall straight down too. Lastly, the same behavior happens with leaping trait from Silent Gears, this trait makes you slowly fall when jumping, but if you release the hook the effect is canceled too.

there are a lot of scenarios where forcing the player to fall breaks other mods. there has to be some other way to go about it
