[FEATURE] Enable kinetic damage in config

This mod seems to disable kinetic damage, including while flying with an elytra. It would be nice to have the option to enable again.
It would also be nice to be able to scale the grappling kinetic damage separately from the flying in the config. Such as, making it half that of flying, so that swinging with motorized grapples could have some hefty risk to it.
