[INCOMPATIBILITY] Another mod is causing the grappling hook to not function

**Describe the bug**
When I click the Throw Hook(s) button, the hook simply does not fire.

**Version**
Too many to list here, however:

1.20.1 Minecraft
Forge 47.3.39
Grappling Hook Mod v13
