Resize GS Menu windows

I'm not sure where this should go, but the GS windows spawn taller than my screen and there's no way to resize them that I can find.

Feature request for the ability to resize the windows.

I was working with a 1920 x 1080 resolution as a base, so it's very possible that other resolutions don't display properly. This will be have to be adjusted, although a certain minimum size will be required, since there is a lot of information to display. For a temporary solution adjust it in code to match what works for you. The entire menu is set to be redesigned with icons instead of so many text labels and big buttons, which will hopefully reduce the necessary size further.
