Map info: Mention what is considered new #202

The Map help button says newly discovered cells will be in a different color.

It should mention what the definition of new is also. For instance one node on the map might be the first newly discovered node and then when we walk a block down the street later that second, same cell node is not new.

So that definition would be only one node long.

Another definition might be new for one day.

But then as the map gets more and more nodes, collected from different days, that also becomes weird.

In any case, the wording on the map info should be clear.

The current definition is it's new until uploaded.
