Button "share link" in chat with backup files, so that in case of loss there was an opportunity to copy the link and not to generate a new one (and not to meddle unnecessarily in the database).

Possibility to store text information in addition to files

Possibility to forbid users to upload files, only to receive them, and only admins will have access to them.

2. forbidding users to upload files is already added in bot options: GLOBAL_MODE

simply use the command: /option GLOBAL_MODE false
