docs: lacking documentation of adjusting text-alignment

Have searched through all resources, but are not able to find any comments or inline documentation about how to adjust text alignment. Cannot find anything in Tailwind resources either.

Would like to left-align text and headers on the about page, without doing any html/css tricks inside markdown.
