fix: sync late.__version__ to match pyproject.toml (1.4.2)

The 1.4.2 wheel shipped with pyproject.toml at 1.4.2 but
src/late/__init__.py still at 1.3.120. The auto-regen workflow normally
bumps both in lockstep; the manual version bump during the develop->main
merge missed this file. Future auto-regens self-correct since they read
pyproject.toml first, but syncing now avoids any drift in the meantime.
