Need to know when a user/client logs in for security auditing purposes.

Describe the solution you'd like
The audit logs showing user/client log on and log off (as well as other related actions) should be logged and automatically exported (e.g. syslog) to a third party logging tool like splunk or graylog.

1. We do log this data in Central, but it's not user accessible at this time. It is in the backlog. Probably as a paid feature. No ETA.
2. Seeing as Central is our hosted controller platform and not distributed to 3rd parties for on-prem operation, exporting to syslog, splunk, graylog, etc doesn't really help you much.
