Add Sort By "Managed IPs" in my.zerotier.com

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when looking at different nodes in my.zerotier. com as there is no consistency/uniformity.

Add Sort By "Managed IPs"

Describe alternatives you've considered
Give 01, 02, 03 or the ending digit of ip in name/Description but this leads to problems with sorting.

Additional context
One of the great thing about "Managed IPs" is that they remain same forever.

There is consistency & uniformity in the list. Everything on the network page is sorted by the ZeroTier Node ID or user provided Name.

Additionally, sorting by IP address doesn't mean much when nodes can have multiple IP addresses assigned. Which IP address should it be sorted by? The 6plane IPv6 address? The RFC4193 IPv6 address? One of n other IPv4 or IPv6 addresses assigned to a node?

I've been meaning to add sorting by the first IPv4 address, but yeah it is a little trickier than it sounds at first.
