Device states not resend to HA upon HA reboot

Description of the issue

Ever since the update to '2.0.0-1', most devices have state 'unknown' when rebooting HA (i.e. when updating HA core). The exceptions are devices with the retain flag. Also when the state changes they get updated, but i.e. light automations won't work anymore until I manually trigger them in HA and the states changes.

When I reboot the Z2M addon, all the device states are instantly updated. This issue didn't occur before 2.0.0, and running an automation to reboot the addon is a workaround which shouldn't be necessary. I'm not sure if this is an addon issue or Z2M.

Also experiencing this issue exactly as described - currently have to manually restart the addon 1-2 times for entities to come out of unknown/unavailable state after HA restarts.

Same here, for example on an Ha-core update I need restart hole server. Restart only zigbee-addon didn't help
