Addon does not start or generate logs

Description of the issue

Hello,

freshly installed Zigbee2MQTT on a Raspberry Pi running Home Assistant. Flashed my Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle E with the 7.4.4 firmware and set the adapter to "ember". I am trying for hours but no luck
