Reorganize memory

Problem

Memories keep piling up as the conversation progresses. After a while, it would be great if we could reorganize the entire memory for a certain project (cf. as described in https://www.youngleaders.tech/p/how-i-finally-sorted-my-claude-code-memory ).

Proposed solution

In first instance through a manually launched command.
