Suggest to users to use the transfer document procedure when downloading .docx, .odt #71

We cannot inform users when going from Word to Google Docs, but we should tell them when they try to download .docx that they should transfer their citations. We currently only say that users should unlink the document, but that is more relevant for .pdf download.
