Not working with Eagle 6.3.0

I copied it to Eagle 6.3.0/lbr library, and tried to use it, I got the error message:

This file was not made with eagle 6.3.0

The Library, sometimes is older than eagle 6.3.0. You can open this filese and use. EAGLE is backward compatibel to older Files. What is the filename, that you can not open?

It is the Power amplifier.lbr. It says the problem is in row 6, column 40.

The File "Power amplifier.lbr" from 01.06.2012 -- 13582 Byte - i can open the file. This file is from EAGLE Version 6.1.
