I'm reaching out to propose an enhancement for the Private GPT project that I believe could significantly improve its security features and usability.

Proposal:

I suggest integrating the OneDrive API into Private GPT. This integration would enable users to access and manage their files stored on OneDrive directly from within Private GPT, without the need to download them locally.

Benefits:

Enhanced Security: By minimizing the exposure of sensitive data on local devices, the integration would reduce the risk of data breaches.
End-to-End Encryption: Leveraging OneDrive's security features, such as end-to-end encryption and multi-factor authentication, would add an extra layer of protection to sensitive files.
Secure Collaboration: Users could securely collaborate on documents without downloading or sharing files externally, further safeguarding sensitive information.
Implementation:

Implementing this feature would allow users to ingest files directly from OneDrive without storing anything locally, mitigating the risk of data exposure in transit and at rest.

I understand that integrating the OneDrive API may require time and resources, but I believe the enhanced security it would provide is well worth the investment.
